Note:
The individual whom you desire to be the Technical Contact must be an
existing user within your organization and have the Organization
Administrator role assigned to their account. If the individual does not
yet have an ID within your organization you will need to create their
ID and assign the proper roles prior to continuing with this process. If

To change your organization Technical contact:
- click the Administration tab
- click the My Organization system management link
- click the Edit link for the technical contact
- begin typing the name of the new contact into the search field
- the system will locate the new contact's ID and display in a highlighted area below the search field, click the displayed highlighted ID
- click the Save button
