Note: this process will clear all previous progress
From Instructor Gradebook:
- Click on the Instructor Gradebook tab
- Find the offering in the list of available offerings

Click the Offering name or the Gradebook icon on the left of the offering name:
- Find the student and click on the name. You may need to use the drop down filter menu to select all or completed students
- Find the element to be reset and click on the Status link, the status for a completed element will be either Passed or Failed

Click the Clear Progress button
NOTE: If the course status is indicated as Passed or Failed the
course
completion will need to be cleared for the student to be able to go back
into the course. To clear the course completion, click on the grade %,
delete the existing grade and press the Enter key on your keyboard. The
students status should then be set back to “in progress”.

To reset an element from Manage Users:
- Click on the Administration tab

Find the user and click student gradebook icon:
- Find the offering in the list of available offerings and click on the offering name
- Find the element to be reset and click on the Status link, the status for a completed element will be either Passed or Failed
